Quilt was the name given to this pattern by the maker Consolidated Lamp Co of Pittsburg, PA. The lamp has a cased glass yellow font & clear stem base, with the original #2 collar and an appropriate early lip burner and lip chimney. There are no chips or cracks. It is found in Thuro, Book 2, pg. 113.
